App docsStamp Shift

Privacy at the desk.

Stamp Shift is made by Jordan Blum. This policy covers the app, purchases, optional support messages and these documentation pages.

Progress stays on this device.

Stamp Shift saves your current route, move history, delivered routes and sound/haptic settings in local device storage (UserDefaults). The app has no in-app accounts, advertising or cloud sync. Purchase analytics, when enabled in a build, are described below; they do not back up your puzzle progress.

Deleting the app can remove local progress. I do not maintain a developer-hosted copy of your progress.

Apple handles payment.

Extra Routes is a permanent in-app purchase. Stamp Shift uses Apple's StoreKit to check verified purchase entitlements and unlock the pack. I do not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Apple's purchase and account services follow Apple's privacy policy. Restoring purchases may require a connection to Apple and the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Purchase analytics in configured builds.

Some builds can enable RevenueCat to help me understand purchases and refunds. Help & privacy in the app states whether purchase analytics are enabled in that build. Builds with this feature disabled do not configure RevenueCat or send it purchase analytics.

When enabled, RevenueCat processes App Store purchase and transaction information, a randomly generated app user identifier, Apple’s vendor device identifier (IDFV), and basic app, device and network-request information needed to provide its service. The identifier is pseudonymous: the app does not send your name, email address, Apple Account credentials or payment-card details to RevenueCat.

I use purchase analytics to understand the performance of the permanent puzzle pack. Puzzle boards, move history, personal bests and saved progress are not sent to RevenueCat. This integration does not add advertising identifiers or ad-network integrations. Apple remains responsible for payment, and the app checks verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock purchased routes.

RevenueCat processes this information under its privacy policy. Contact me below with questions or requests about purchase analytics. Support messages and information you choose to share are handled separately as described below.

You choose what to share.

Share puzzle information in Help & privacy opens Apple's native share sheet. The text includes the route identifier and title, manifest progress, move count and move history, and app version/build. It does not include account or payment details. No puzzle report is sent to me automatically.

You choose whether to send the text and which app or person receives it. Those recipients may have their own privacy policies.

Support is handled by email.

If you email me, I receive your message, the contact information you provide, and any puzzle information or attachments you choose to include. I use that information to reply and investigate the issue. Please don't send passwords or payment details.

Messages sent to the support address are forwarded by Squarespace to Gmail. These providers handle messages under Squarespace’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Email me to request deletion of information you sent; I will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained. This does not remove copies held by your email provider or other recipients.

Previous launch notifications

The overview now links to the App Store and no longer accepts launch-list signups. If you previously submitted your email through the overview form, you asked me to notify you when Stamp Shift launches. I store your trimmed, lowercased email address, the app you selected, the consent wording version and consent time. I also store a limited first source category (direct, organic, planning ad or Drawer ad) when provided in the page link, to count signups. I do not store a full referrer or raw IP address in the waitlist.

This is an unverified single opt-in list: there is no confirmation email. Consent applies only to launch news for the selected app. Joining one app's list does not subscribe you to another. If you join several Blum Studios app lists with the same normalized email, I can privately see which apps you selected and count distinct people separately from subscriptions.

The launch form used a shared Blum Studios endpoint hosted with Vercel, with storage in the existing Neon PostgreSQL database in a separate private schema. The service processes network request information to receive the signup and uses a temporary keyed hash of the network address in Vercel KV to limit abuse; it expires after one hour. Only the owner can view email addresses and cross-app interest. See Vercel's privacy policy and Neon's privacy policy.

I retain a signup until you request removal or the list is retired. To withdraw for Stamp Shift or request deletion, email support@buildwithblum.com and name the app. Removal is handled manually. Withdrawal stops that app subscription and keeps a minimal inactive record of consent and withdrawal; a deletion request is reviewed separately. A new form submission can reactivate only that app subscription.

About these documentation pages

These app documentation pages do not load the personal site's chat assistant. Support and privacy pages are static. The overview loads a small script for gameplay and decorative motion. There are no advertising pixels, analytics SDKs or tracking cookies on these pages. Reading them does not send a chat message or puzzle report.

These pages are delivered using Vercel. Serving a webpage requires processing request information such as the requested URL, IP address, browser information and request time. Hosting services may keep operational logs under their own settings and policies; this is separate from the app's local progress. See Vercel's privacy policy.
